I’m David Miller, and I believe success is often found through unconventional means. Whether it’s transforming summer camps, mentoring leaders, or guiding musicians to new opportunities, I specialize in uncovering creative paths where others see obstacles.

Today, I manage every aspect of Josh Joplin’s career—from booking shows and building partnerships to shaping the strategy behind his new releases and reintroducing his catalog to a new generation of listeners. I’ve also booked performances for the Adam Ezra Group and worked with Ian Campbell, Partner and Artistic Director of the Black Bear Americana Music Festival, to bring headliners Shawn Mullins, Jeffrey Gaines, and Josh Joplin Group to the 2025 festival.

My work also extends to helping Jesse Clegg expand his career and collaborating with his team to bring the powerful story of his father, Johnny Clegg, to Broadway. These projects reflect my approach: making connections, opening doors, and creating opportunities where others might not see a path forward.

In addition to working with today’s artists, I continue to serve as the Owner/Director at Camp Starlight along with my wife Allison and my daughter and son-in-law, Hayley and Robbie — helping create transformative summer experiences rooted in growth, creativity, and lifelong connection.
